I’m in the middle of a full blown love affair with Seattle. The Autumn here is so beautiful it almost hurts. All the yellow and red leaves tumbled in among the evergreens that give the state it’s nickname. Beauty like that inspires impromptu trips to the park, so the littles can frolic about in the grass and Mr and I can revel the crisp air and the splendor of the thousand shades of yellow, orange and red foliage encircling us. Then it’s just a short drive down to Coulon Park, and to Ivers for some warm chowder in a bread bowl, watching the lights across the lake dance on the water. And finished off with a walk on the dock that ended in a horsey ride for Ethan (Mr. was the horse), and a race for the other two.
I love Seattle.
